Legacy.  What people will remember you by when only the thought of you remains? Geneva is now in their third year of eleven man football in what can only be described as a dominant showing.  That's not the biased opinion of this author talking, but what the facts say. Three losses in the same amount of years, one district title and one regional title. The Eagles were in the midst of a tight playoff race for the state title which was a meteoric rise compared to teams in the same position. We ended our season Friday night but not our passion to come back again next year for more.  Other teams who made the switch from six-man to 11 have not exactly held up under the pressure. Four other schools went from six-man to 11 man in the same year or within a year of Geneva.  Two of the teams did not even finish their season.  Sugarland Logos lost every game except one in the last two years, and Dallas Covenant who beat us in two six-man state championships, went 1-9 this year!  While we have the utmost respect for our competition the Eagles leave behind a legacy to be proud of.  Talons Up!
